30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- In the original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
- If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same or similar items subject to availability. Contact us at support@rockinprices.com to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
