We proudly ship to all United States locations, including:
- All 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii).
- U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands).
- PO Box addresses.
- U.S. Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Currently, we do not ship to international addresses outside of the United States and its official territories.
2. Shipping Costs & Options
To provide the best possible value to our customers, we offer Free Economy Shipping on all U.S. orders (including all 50 states, PO Boxes, military addresses, and U.S. Territories). There are no minimum purchase requirements, no coupon codes needed, and no hidden fees at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay.
3. Order Cutoff, Handling, & Transit Times
GMC and customer guidelines require clear differentiation between handling (processing) and transit (travel) times. Please review these timelines:
- Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time). Orders received after 2:00 PM MST will begin processing the following business day.
- Order Handling (Processing) Time: 1 to 3 business days. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays).
- Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days. This is the time it takes the shipping carrier to deliver your order once it departs our facility. Delivery occurs Monday through Saturday (excluding carrier-observed holidays).
Please Note: Shipments traveling to U.S. Territories, remote areas of Alaska/Hawaii, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses may experience slightly extended transit times depending on carrier capacity.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: The total time from order placement to delivery is generally 4 to 8 business days.

We work with major, reliable national carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. Depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order (including PO Box, military, and territory shipments which are typically routed via USPS), we ship via:

5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number on the respective carrier’s website to monitor your shipment in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.
6. Address Accuracy & Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered or are delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate address details provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and restocking costs.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to file an investigation. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographs of both the damaged product and outer packaging.
