Refill Types:
Physical Refill Card – This type of refill is a physical card that will be mailed directly to your home.
PIN Based Refills – A PIN will be emailed to you, and you will directly apply it to your account.
RTR Real Time Refill – We will apply this type of refill directly to your eligible phone number.
Order Processing:
Mobile Refills are typically processed within 1 Business day.
Customer Verification may increase order processing time by 24-48 hours.

Please Note: Once Airtime has been applied to your Account, we cannot offer refunds for used airtime.
Buyer Verification and Restrictions:
First Time Buyers and orders deemed as a high risk of fraud may not qualify for PIN or RTR based refills.
Physical Refill Cards may need to be mailed directly to the customer for address verification.
Identity Verification may increase processing time for your order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order which we suspect is fraudulent.
